International PAN ASIAN chain Mamagoto Comes to K-Town
Mamagoto’s food is not authentic (there’s no such word in our dictionary, it sounds too serious); instead it is a fusion of inspiration from Asian street hawkers, our extensive travels, mad experiences and endless experimentation in those secret kitchens located deep within the core of the Earth (and you thought the Batcave was secret).
We keep popping up quirky new dishes & drinks every now & then, which makes us madly addictive.
We have created concoctions that we believe are not available elsewhere, they’re deconstructed, added again (and then we don’t know how they got so good). Using fresh juices and ingredients where possible, a concise and yummy range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages like Pop Rocks & Community-sharing Pitchers are on offer at incredible value. Drink up.

Azure Hospitality Pvt Ltd
A concept of Azure Hospitality, the first Mamagoto opened in New Delhi in 2010. Azure is a creative food company imagined by young people in order to make urban neighbourhoods more interesting. Co-founded by food and hospitality hyper focused entrepreneurs Kabir Suri and Rahul Khanna. Azure Hospitality today operates over 40 restaurants in India including the vanilla brands Mamagoto and Dhaba Estd 1986 Delhi, boutique brands Sly Granny, Foxtrot and Hotel Delmaar and some quick service formats.
A seasoned beer lover and a number cruncher, Sumit Atri comes across as quite the opposite in person, except the former (we vouch for it). Nepal being second home, it was without question that Sumit decided to bring one of his favourite brands to home town. After working very hard (yes, he does) in the liquor industry for over a decade, Sumit is challenging himself yet again with a brand new venture aiming to revolutionize K-Town’s dining scene.
With years of experience in banking and investments, Shivanth Pande is also a foodie at heart. In fact, it is this love of good food that led him to co-found Mamagoto Nepal – his first venture in the food industry. The restaurant became one of his favourite stops during his travels to India and Pande wanted to bring the unique taste of Mamagoto to Nepal. He also believes a franchise of this calibre will positively impact the overall F&B market in Nepal. Co-Founders Sumit and Shivanth often joked about opening a restaurant in Nepal while visiting and eating at various restaurants around Delhi. And the rest, as they say, is history!
The folks, who score their careers here are young, from all over this old country, bringing in their ideas, their ambitions, and their accents (even we can’t understand some of them! And that’s why it’s so much fun) and identities – we put them all in a blender and out comes the superstars of Mamagoto.

We tend to look for people, who come without pre-conceived notions, are flexible in thought, love to travel and eat without watching the scale!
